Yoga Guidelines

  • Please arrive early and stay the whole class.

  • If you arrive late, you disrupt the class and disrespect the teacher, the other participants and the practice.

  • If you are waiting for a class to finish, please honor the class in progress and wait quietly in the corridor.

  • Yoga is practiced barefoot. Leave your shoes, food and drink outside.

  • Yoga is practiced on an empty stomach and in non-restrictive clothing. Wait 4 hours after a large meal and two hours after a light meal.

  • Please refrain from wearing heavily scented perfumes, colognes, lotions etc.

  • No gum chewing in class

  • Yoga is an inward journey. Keep your conversation a minimum. Please respect the fact that some students enjoy to meditate before and after the class and try not to disturb others

  • Inform the teacher prior to class if you have any health condition such as back , neck, high blood pressure etc.

  • We encourage the students to practice a minimum of three times per week so they can experience benefits of yoga.

  • We recommend you bring your own mat, water bottle and a small towel.

  • Last but not the least be kind to your body, respect your limits and enjoy yourself.

Please note :

  • All Hot Yoga Classes are on a first come first served basis. Maximum of 15 students per class. The studio opens 15 minutes before the start of each class.

  • The pre registered classes would start with a minimum registration of 5 students.

  • We do offer private and semi private classes at site and off site as well.

  • We also offer yoga therapy classes on prior arrangement for physical ailments like back pain, cervical spondylitis, diabetes, high blood pressure, mental stress, physical weakness, nervousness etc.

  • Casual members can drop in to pre registered classes with prior arrangements.

  • Single session means 1 hour class unless otherwise specified.

  • Our clients can purchase gift vouchers for single class or multiple classes to give someone dear to them the gift of health or to the boss to keep his/her head cool.
