Our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) graduates would automatically be eligible to become Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance after the successful completion of the course.







Yogic Spiritual Tour-India (Rishikesh, Delhi, Agra)

Jet airways:

Depart from Canada at 6.25 pm and arrive in India 10.35 pm

Depart from India at 2.45 am and arrive in Canada 12.45 pm

Stopover at Brussels for 2 hours in both ways

Rishikesh: Twin Sharing basis or single bed in Phoolchatti natural Monastery resort Rishikesh/ Ved Niketan Dham

11. PROGRAM DETAILS:



Tuesday, Sept.15th

i)Meeting at Pearson international airport at 4 p.m ( participants to make own arrangements to reach at airport)
ii) Depart to India by Jet airways flight at 6.25 p.m.
iii) Arrive India at Delhi airport on Wednesday i.e Sept.16th at 10.35 p.m (I.S.T)
iv) Yogiraj Dr. Pranab Chaitanaya ji will receive the team at the Airport,
v) From Delhi airport drive down in a charted a/c coach to a 3 star hotel in Delhi for night stay,




Day 1-Thursday, Sept.17th

i) Check out in the morning at 8 am and depart for Agra, ii) Arrive at Agra at 12.30 pm, iii) Visit Wonderer monument Taj Mahal, iv) Depart at 4 pm for Rishikesh by road travel, v) Arrive at Rishikesh at midnight, vi) Participants rest and relax in Ashrams Guest House,


Day 2-Friday, Sept.18th

Morning:

Briefing of whole program, Yoga class followed by meditation, Health diagnose with Nadi- Vigyan theory with empty stomach by Yogiraj Dr. Pranab Chaitanaya ji, then Yogic breakfast.

Afternoon:

Aurvedic massage healing followed by lunch at place of stay, rest for few hours.

Evening:

Visit the Ghat for Aarti dedicated to Goddesses Ganga and Dinner followed by campfire.




Day 3-Saturday, Sept.19th

Morning:

Wake up for Pranayama & advance techniques of Yoga Practic. Explore the real Ayurvedic Healing with Massage to relax your last exertion then free to walking in Ganga site.

Afternoon:

Lunch, Rest and relax walking in Jungle.

Evening:

Breath awareness exercises, Visit Ghat (shore of river Ganga) for Aarti ( prayer to worship Goddess Ganga).Dinner followed by campfire


Day 4-Sunday, Sept.20th

Morning:

Early morning, wake up for a yoga class followed by meditation & relaxation of body and mind. Drive to shivpuri Mala Village for Rafting on Holly River Ganges,

Afternoon:

Lunch at Mala village, Cliff Jump. then after lunch raft down to Rishikesh.

Evening:

reath awareness exercise, yoga & traditional meditation class, then Dinner.




Day 5-Monday, Sept.21st

Morning:

Yoga class to practice asana, mudras, bandhas followed up by yognindra. After nutritious yogic breakfast options would be Ayurvedic Healing with Massage.

Afternoon:

Temple tour for half a day.

Evening:

Modern meditation and class of auto-suggestion therapy. Learn about breath awareness exercise and then Dinner.




Day 6-Tuesday, Sept.22nd

Morning:

Detoxification of body through the yogic practice of Shankhaprakshalana, Ayurvedic healing process.

Afternoon:

Light Lunch, Rest for few hours,

Evening:

Japa meditation in the evening,




Day 7-Wednesday, Sept.23rd

Morning:

Wake up early morning and drive to Hindolakhal (1.5 hr). Trekking for 1 hr. to Kunjanpuri, yoga class and meditation, breakfast and then trek down 4-5 hours to place of stay,

Afternoon:

Depart for Haridwar. Take bath in the holy river Ganga and then lunch at Haridwar, Visit to various Temples.

Evening:

Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, Back to place of stay for night stay.




Day 8-Thursday, Sept.24th

Morning:

VIPASANA class, training for Dynamic yoga, advance yogic process PRANAYAM (advance breathing) then breakfast,

Afternoon:

Drive up to Vashist Goofa (cave). The entire drive is along the river Ganges towards the source for about an hour. Arrive and explore vashistha Goofa (cave), where famous saint Vasistha, meditated. A perfect place for transcendental meditation in short.

Evening:

Drive back to Guest House, meditation & lecture in the Ashram, Dinner and then rest.




Day 9-Friday, Sept.25th

Morning:

Practice of Asanas, Pranayamha followed by breakfast. Depart to visit mussorie or sahastra-dhara at 10 am ,

Afternoon:

Depart for Haridwar. Take bath in the holy river Ganga and then lunch at Haridwar, Visit to various Temples.

Evening:

Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, Back to place of stay for night stay.


Day 10-Saturday; Sept.26th

Morning:

Practice for advance posture of yoga & vipasna then free time for own activities.

Afternoon:

Depart for Delhi and may visit some Historical Place / Red Fort.

Evening:

Arrive at airport at 11 pm.

Night:

Depart for Canada at 2.45 am on Sept. 27th


Arrive in Canada on Sunday 27th, 2011 at 12.45 p.m.
