Julie Kohlmeier's passion for yoga started in 2011. She received her 200 hour Teacher Training in 2016 and maintains a dedicated practice. Julie loves to create light-hearted, fun and challenging classes that fuse Vinyasa flow. Her teaching is infused with warmth and humour, and she empowers her students to connect with their own strength.
Tricia Slipacoff has taught fitness in Sarnia for 40 years. She has specialized in teaching mat pilates for the past 12 years. Tricia offers pilates classes at beginner and intermediate levels.

Dan found yoga in 2016 and has had an intense passion for it ever since. Dan completed intensive yoga training with Dylan Werner in October of 2017. When you take one of Dan’s vinyasa classes, you can expect an intense workout for your body and mind that will push you to your limit. His classes stress the importance of connection to breath, alignment, and fluidity between movements.
Jennifer is grateful for the joy of yoga! She believes the eight limbed path of yoga creates health and harmony, and is accessible to all. Jennifer enjoys adapting her classes to the needs of her students. Her certifications include, Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Children's Yoga.
Katie had been attempting to add yoga to her exercise regime for many years before she fell in love with it in 2013. As she learned more about the practice, it became the majority of her exercise and in 2015, she began her journey towards her 200 hr YTT. Katie’s classes incorporate strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
Alysha began her journey towards her 200 YTT in 2015 where she fell in love with the true essence of the practice. Since then, she has been exploring the depths of yoga with a dedicated study and enjoys having her own dedicated practice. With Alysha's classes you can expect a slower experience that prioritizes compassionate movement with a focus on breath connection and mindfulness.
Anna's journey in yoga began in 1998 as an expectant Mom. Decades later she maintains a personal practice steeped in yogic tradition which brings a soulful energy to the mat.
Her classes dynamically combine alignment, yogic philosophy, and attuning to the body's wisdom.
With this approach, she aims to help students fulfill their personal, yogic potential.
Christine has been passionate about sports and fitness her entire life. She started doing Pilates with Tricia in 2011. In November 2018 she took the Part 1 Pilates instructor course in Toronto and will be completing Part 2 in September 2019. Christine taught mathematics full time at St Patrick’s high school for 33 years before retiring in June 2019. She also enjoys biking and golf.
